How we work with corporate planners.
We work alongside in-house teams, planners, venues, and production partners to define the pieces connected to our services. We confirm access, sound needs, names, music cues, and handoffs in advance, arrive with time to set up and sound check, and keep our side of the event moving cleanly. Liability insurance and certificate documentation are available when required.

- Can you work with our venue or production company?
- Yes. We coordinate the inputs, outputs, microphone plan, music cues, and handoffs that touch our services. When another company owns part of the production, we define responsibilities before the event so everyone knows who is handling what.
- Do you handle the MC role for awards and recognition?
- Yes. We can host the program, introduce speakers or honorees, manage walk-on music, and keep agreed transitions moving. We can also support an executive or outside host with microphones, playback, and cues.
- Can you support an outdoor event?
- Yes. We scope outdoor events around the space, power, sound coverage, access, and program, then recommend the right setup.
- Is the music appropriate for a corporate audience?
- Clean edits are our default. We shape the music around your audience, brand, and content expectations, and confirm any additional boundaries during planning.
