How we plan the night with you.

- Final meeting. Two to three weeks out, we lock the run-of-show, pronunciations, and every cue.

- Please do. The do-not-play list is just as important as the must-play list, and we treat both with the same care.
- Do you MC and DJ at the same time?
- Often, yes. We confirm who is handling the booth, microphone, and each part of the event before booking so responsibilities are clear.
- What if our ceremony is offsite or outdoors?
- We can scope ceremony audio for a separate or outdoor location. We confirm the space, power, access, coverage needs, and backup plan before recommending the setup.
